As a founding partner with NATIVES in 1983, Stephen was the City of Mandeville's primary Landscape Architect consultant throughout the 1990's.
His contributions to the City as a designer through grant writing, grant execution, master planning, consulting and urban forestry is well-documented and helped Mandeville through the birth of its urban forestry program.
Stephen's passion for three dimensional thinking has extended into numerous golf course design and renovation projects throughout Louisiana. Most recently was the highly successful University Club renovations for The Tiger Athletic Foundation in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
